1. Educational Qualification (Shaikshik Yogyata)
Candidate ka kisi bhi maanyata prapt university ya institute se Graduation (Bachelor's Degree) kisi bhi stream (Arts, Commerce, Science, B.Tech, etc.) mein pass hona compulsory hai. Saath hi computer ki basic working knowledge aur state ki local language (regional language) likhna, padhna aur bolna aana chahiye.

- Maximum Age: 28 Years
- Age Relaxation: SC / ST candidates ko 5 saal aur OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates ko 3 saal ki chhoot niyamanusar di jayegi.
